Beginning her career as a skin therapist, she has worked extensively with a broad spectrum of skin conditions. Over the course of her career, Natasha has partnered with leading professional skincare brands, supported clinics and therapists through advanced education, and played an instrumental role in growing successful skin businesses across Australia and New Zealand.

Her reputation has been built on a combination of practical expertise, results-driven treatment philosophies and a genuine commitment to elevating industry standards.

Today, Natasha is the owner and director of Certified Skin Solutions Australia , a specialised distribution and education company dedicated to supporting skin professionals with clinically focused, evidence-based skincare.

Through Certified Skin Solutions, she works closely with clinics to provide product innovation, in-depth training and strategic business support, helping therapists deliver exceptional outcomes for their clients while building sustainable, thriving skin businesses. Her vision remains centred on strengthening the professional skincare community

Lisa began her career in the beauty industry at just 17 years old, completing a Diploma in Makeup Artistry before working across a wide range of roles including freelance makeup artistry, department stores, pharmacies, and as a travelling consultant throughout New Zealand and London.

In her early 20s, Lisa transitioned into beauty therapy, where she developed a deep passion for skin health and a holistic, results-driven approach. Over the years, she has worked with more than 20 cosmetic, mineral makeup, and cosmeceutical brands, while completing countless advanced skin trainings to continually expand her clinical knowledge.

Lisa went on to manage a busy, well-established Auckland skin clinic, leading a team of six or more staff. Following this, she became the owner of a successful boutique skin clinic, which she operated for four years.

Her experience spans advanced skin consultations, clinic coordination, treatment planning, team leadership, retail strategy, and client education. She has also worked as a representative for a beauty salon supplies company, further strengthening her understanding of the professional clinic environment.

Through her hands-on clinic and leadership roles, Lisa identified a clear gap in education, support, and practical guidance for skin therapists and clinic owners. This insight became the foundation of Certified Skin Solutions — where she is passionate about empowering professionals with education-led skin solutions, confidence in treatment planning, and long-term business growth support.
